Training on Environmental and Waste Management
In a context of local and global climatic and environmental challenges whose consequences are particularly threatening for Haiti, it is the responsibility of each institution, both private and public, to ensure that an environmental management system is put in place to better manage increasingly scarce and expensive resources and to reduce their environmental impacts.
Thus, the Rinaldi Foundation chose ProUniQ (Professional Development Centre) on February 3 and 4, 2020, to provide training on environmental management and waste management for the benefit of its employees, since they are involved in the foundation's logistics and administration, including procurement, storage, building management, transportation and waste management.
It is therefore imperative that this last point, waste management, be a practice to be included in the culture of any company wishing to improve the climate in which its staff, who spend 80% of their time
The objective of the training is to make employees aware of environmental issues in general and waste management in particular. Finally, this workshop allows participants, through practical and interactive methods, to acquire knowledge and develop the skills necessary for waste management.
