On September 26 and 27, the Rinaldi Foundation welcomed Madame Marie Lyne Thomas of SOFIHDES (Société Financière Haïtienne de Développement) to the Provincial House in Port-au-Prince. Madame Thomas, an enterprise advisor, provided formation to 35 leaders of the Salesian works in Haiti on the effective management of human resources. The two day formation conference focused on such topics as effective leadership and conflict management.
